That Means You Card

Instructions

STEP 1:

It’s quick and easy to send this special friend card. Use it to just say hello or to invite her out for a “girls only” day. The cool polka dots enhance the casual girl-to-girl message. Look for other punches that let you introduce fun shapes into your compositions, either as backgrounds or integral elements for stamping. Cut a 5.25 x 7 inch rectangle from dark brown cardstock. Fold it in half to make a 5.25 x 3.5 inch top-folding card.

STEP 2:

Cut a 5.25 x 3.5 rectangle from light pink cardstock. Stamp the nesting bird and the friendship sentiment toward the left side of the rectangle. Adhere the rectangle to the card.

STEP 3:

Cut a 1.75 x 3.5 inch rectangle from dark brown cardstock.

STEP 4:

Punch several circles from light blue cardstock. Adhere them randomly to the dark brown rectangle, extending some beyond the edges. Trim off the parts of the circles that overhang so they are even with the rectangle edges, then adhere the rectangle to the card. It’s so easy to send a special friend card to relatives too!
