I have been scrapbooking for about 9 years now, and I love every minute of it! I'm in love with sewing on my scrapbook pages, and I've written two books ~ Scrapbooking Techniques: Sewing on Paper and Art from the Heart. My latest passion is merging scrapbooking products with vintage items for fun scrapbook pages, cards and mixed media projects. I live in Maine with my husband and son and our rat terrier, Guinness. We have a yellow parakeet with a blue belly (not a Spotted Canary, but close!). My husband is a survival instructor for the military and I've moved 19 times in my life (two of the moves were from coast to coast). I am left handed, and I'm a vegetarian (and I don't eat chicken, LOL).
