When unfolded, this unique extra large folded birthday card provides a large area for signatures and well wishes – perfect for the next birthday in your office!
Instructions
STEP 1:
Begin with an 11.75 x 11.75 square of kraft cardstock. Fold the cardstock in half one way, unfold, and fold in half the other way. Fold one more time, diagonally. Make sure each fold is sharp by using a bone folder.
STEP 2:
Hold each corner of the diagonal fold. Bring the corners together, forming your square card. Use bone folder to help flatten the card and set aside.
STEP 3:
Cut a 5 x 5 piece of purple cardstock and ink the edges with brown ink.
STEP 4:
Punch four corners from kraft cardstock, ink edges and adhere to each corner of the purple piece.
STEP 5:
Cut nine 1.5 inch squares from patterned paper cardstock. Ink all edges and adhere to the purple piece.
STEP 6:
Punch a flower from white cardstock and affix to upper left square with a brad.
STEP 7:
Stamp birthday greeting with black ink on bottom right square.
STEP 8:
Pick up the kraft card body you put aside. Hold the folded card so that the folded edges are on the top and left and the open edges are the bottom and right. This ensures the best displaying of the finished card.
STEP 9:
Ink the edges and adhere the decorated purple piece to this unique folded birthday card’s front.
