Instructions
STEP 1:
Cut strips of your chosen patterned papers that are 1.5” wide. Start at the bottom and work your way up adhering the strips of paper in order.
STEP 2:
Measure your top and cut a 12” strip that is the correct width.
STEP 3:
Measure the diameter of your lid top. Cut the top circle with your Circle Scissor Plus, and adhere to the lid.
STEP 4:
Add your silver ribbon to the bottom and just below the lid.
STEP 5:
Add you hand written sentiments and the year using the Foil numbers. Adhere along the side of your capsule.
STEP 6:
Use the mini envelopes for personal messages to be contained in the time capsule.
STEP 7:
* Tip for Success: The Circle Scissor plus is the best circle cutting tool, as you can cut absolutely any size of circle custom to your project.
