We all have them….stacks of alphabet stickers, a drawer full of iconicJolee’s Boutique embellishments or K&Company Grand Adhesions. While stickers are one of my favorite scrapbooking products, they are not the easiest to store! With different sized packaging and products, one storage system may not be enough. Check out some of these smart sticker storage ideas for organizing your stickers.
File them Away:
- An accordion style folder is a great way to store stickers by color.
- Each section dedicated to a different color keeps the stickers in order and right at your fingertips.
- Solid colored alphabet stickers work great in these files.
- Combine the stickers with cardstock scraps or patterned paper strips in the file pockets and you will be ready to use on any color coordinated layout.

Box them Up:
- Plastic shoe boxes are a great way to store shorter stickers.
- With stickers in the box on their sides this system provides room for tons of stickers.
- It also has the benefit of allowing you to flip through stickers without taking all of them out of the box.
- Keeping the size of the packaging similar between all the stickers will make thumbing through your collection easier.
- Kara stores her small gem stickers and thinStickostickers together in this plastic tub.

Hang them Up:
- Long stickers can be a problem to store since storage systems often aren’t long enough.
- These large metal rings hold lots of large, long stickers, like these alphabet stickers and adhesive chipboard embellishments.
- Most sticker packaging comes with a hole for hanging in the store, but you can punch a hole in the packaging for the few that don’t have them.
- You can hang the rings on pegs, racks or door handles.

- Peg board is another great solution for hanging stickers. You can move the pegs around to accommodate different sizes and styles of stickers which allows for great personalization of your sticker storage.

- Cork boards can be a perfect place to store small sticker packages like these gem stickers.
- You can layer them together and use a push pin to tack them up.
- Line them up across your cork board and they are out, handy and actually work as room décor too!

- Even a magnetic board with clip magnets can work for sticker storage, especially for stickers like alphabets that you use frequently.
- They can be moved around the board as your size needs change.
- This solution makes the stickers very accessible without taking up storage space on your shelves.

Open Container Storage:
- There are lots of options for open sticker storage.
- Just about any box, tray or basket can be used to separate stickers by sizes and styles.
- Think about the width and length of the stickers you use most when looking for sticker storage.
- Check out these sticker containers I use in my own scrap room.

Wrangling stickers can be a challenge but with a little thought and ingenuity you can find the perfect sticker storage ideas for your needs. Keep your eyes peeled for inventive containers, office supply clips or interesting board surfaces that will work in your space to display or store your sticker collection!
