Remember all those cute costumes over the years with this unique scrapbook page.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Trim patterned paper and mat on a larger piece of patterned paper.
STEP 2:
Stamp lace edge in two rows toward the bottom of the paper; sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat set with heat tool.
STEP 3:
Trim strip of paper from the Life’s Journey pad and lay across bottom of page, covering up just the very tops of the lace edge.
STEP 4:
Fold scraps of papers to create a strip and adhere over strip of paper; refer to the example for placement and folding ideas. Place strip of darker paper across center of folded papers.
STEP 5:
Stamp “boo” on patterned paper; sprinkle with clear embossing powder and heat set. Punch with the 2” x 3” oval.
STEP 6:
Stamp the vampire on white cardstock and fussy cut. Color with colored pencils.
STEP 7:
Print photos in the contact print size and cut out individual photos. Print larger photo and mat on orange patterned paper. Arrange photos on page as shown in the example.
STEP 8:
Rip small portions of the edge of the paper out and distress the edges with brown ink.
STEP 9:
Draw dripping blood with a marker and red wax pencil across the top of the page.
STEP 10:
Use a sewing machine to stitch around the edge of the page and across the folded paper using orange thread.
STEP 11:
Add Boo oval with 3D Dots, add the Dracula to the oval with 3D Dots.
STEP 12:
Add journaling with white ink and the dip pen. Be sure to get little driplets of white ink on the paper for an aged look to the page.
