To make this first I used a glue pad to put glue all over the jar, then I put green glitter over it. In the places where the glitter or glue didn't get, I used a glue pad refill to put spots of glue, and sprinkled blue glitter on. Then I dabbed Modge Podge over the glitter, and let it dry overnight. Then I put the bling on-gold and blue gemstones and greenish/blue pearls.
