A Spotted Canary Project by Spotted Canary Creations

17 April 2009

Use scrapbook stickers and personal memorabilia to tell the story of your family’s favorite restaurant. Do you love stickers, but have a hard time figuring out how to use them on your layouts? This project incorporates them into the title, journaling and chopstick embellishment to tie the entire page together.

Instructions

STEP 1:

Mat photos on red cardstock and green cardstock and adhere to mint cardstock background.

STEP 2:

Wrap red cardstock around chopsticks and add fan embellishment. Wrap with thread or twine to secure, and adhere to page.

STEP 3:

Create title using alphabet and chopstick stickers.

STEP 4:

Add journaling using archival marker. Draw a border around the elements on the page as shown using a ruler.

STEP 5:

Ink edges of layout with red ink.
