A Spotted Canary Project by danadecarlo

Combine spray ink and layering punches to create this unique layout.  It's easier than it looks!

Instructions

STEP 1:

Using repositionable adhesive, adhere shipping tags to white cardstock to create a mask. Lightly cover with spray ink. Allow to dry, and discard tags. Outline tag shapes with black pen.

STEP 2:

Adhere white cardstock to 8.5x8.5” green dot paper.

STEP 3:

Layer .25x8.25” green strip paper onto strip of gray dot paper. Adhere layered piece below tag images.

STEP 4:

Punch shapes from pink and green papers using flourish square layering punch. Layer pieces on top portion of tag, mixing colors and sizes. Add buttons to center.

STEP 5:

Mat photos and adhere to each tag image.

STEP 6:

Add sticker title.

STEP 7:

Computer generate and print journaling on white cardstock. Round bottom two corners and adhere below gray strip.

STEP 8:

Give page a fun finished look by outlining paper elements in coordinating colors. We outlined the 8.5x8.5" green dot paper with a green marker, the red splattered piece with a red marker and the journaling block with gray. We also added black and green outlining on the border strip pieces beneath the photographs. This little touch can make a big impact!
