Close your eyes and think about something that makes you happy. Now, what do you smell? How does that make you feel? Can you almost taste it? It is amazing to me how tied together our memories are with our five senses. I like food and the comforting memories that come along with it. With every holiday there is a tradition that brings back a strong childhood memory, and for me sugar cookies is one of the strongest when it comes to smell and taste. Preserve your memory about a smell or a taste that you want to capture for generations to come!

Tip for Success: While I did not include a recipe on this layout I did consider it, and might do one with it of me and my Mom making cookies when I was younger. Think about other things you might want to include so that your favorite memories today are passed along to those you love.
