Take a walk down memory lane and celebrate fond school memories with this “back in the day” scrapbook page. Even if you don’t have old school photos, you can still showcase your memories using favorite stories from your years in school & dressing up your page using dimensional stickers and embellishments.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Background for page is red patterned side of Script Flat paper. Ink around outside edges of page with Chestnut Roan ink.
STEP 2:
Mat focal photo with double mat of red & then ivory cardstock. Adhere close to top left side of page.
STEP 3:
Adhere chipboard letters to spell, “A look back” on layout as shown.
STEP 4:
Use computer to create journaling on lower half of a strip of ivory cardstock. Ink around edges of cardstock with Chestnut Roan chalk ink. Stamp border on top of bottom of strip using Chocolate Brown ink. Mat photo on red and adhere to journaling box just under top border. Add small piece of ribbon and dimensional sticker to lower right corner of this photo. Adhere arrow sticker on left side of journaling box so it points toward photo of school. Add pearl gem stickers to arrow.
STEP 5:
Adhere smaller school photos to layout as shown.
STEP 6:
Journal on tag with brown pen and adhere at an angle to the right of school photos. Add ribbon and dimensional embellishment.
STEP 7:
Spell out school name in bottom left hand corner of layout with small epoxy letter stickers.
STEP 8:
Complete layout by adding additional dimensional word stickers as shown.
