Make it easy for guests to grab their silverware by wrapping it with an embellished ribbon.

Instructions

STEP 1:

Wrap silverware with ribbon and knot. Trim ends.

STEP 2:

Add sequins and bells to wire hoops and secure to ribbon knot.
