Top your New Year’s guests off with this funky party hat.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Cut silver cardstock into a half circle shape for each hat. This hat is made from a 12 inch diameter circle.
STEP 2:
Shape cardstock into a cone shape and staple to secure.
STEP 3:
Punch holes in sides for ribbon ties.
STEP 4:
Cut two 24 inch lengths of ribbon and thread one end of each through holes. Knot on inside of hat and trim ends.
STEP 5:
Thread sequins and bells on wire lengths. Curl ends to prevent slippage and shape as desired.
STEP 6:
Tuck wire ends into hat top and secure with hot glue.
