Send your guests home from your New Year’s party with an old fashioned cracker stuffed full of candy and trinkets.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Cut cardboard tube to 3.5 inches in length.
STEP 2:
Cut tissue paper to 10 x 12 inches. Wrap around cardboard tube and secure.
STEP 3:
Tie ends with ribbon.
STEP 4:
Add sequins and bells to wire. Wrap around ends and twist to secure.
STEP 5:
Stamp sentiment on medium teal cardstock. Emboss with silver powder. Punch into circle shape and mat with larger circle punched from dark teal.
STEP 6:
Attach to tube with foam adhesive.
