I found this beautiful black dress with white polka dots at Goodwill and had the perfect red/black lace pumps to wear but had no accessories so I made my own!
Instructions
STEP 1:
The earrings were super easy, just beads, head pins, jump rings and fish hook earring loops and put together!
The necklace was a yellow rose pendant that I got in my prize package I got from EK Success (won from Spotted Canary) that I spray painted red. Finally the flower is synthetic red fabric burned on the edges (it will curl on it's own) hot glued together with beads glued on and glued to a hair clip :) Easy Peasy!
