Create a unique title with this simple puzzle piece layout.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Use Gold Ornamental paper for background. Trim a 3 ¼ x 12 strip of Gold Distressed paper and adhere to right edge of background. Adhere ribbon along left edge of Gold Distressed strip.
STEP 2:
Trim 8x8 square from Brown Dots & Floral paper and mount large photo. Adhere matted photo to center of layout.
STEP 3:
Mat two smaller photos on cardstock and distress edges with brown chalk. Adhere with foam squares. Add a printed chipboard puzzle piece to each photo.
STEP 4:
Cut or punch tag and add letter a from stickers or rub ons. Distress edges of tag with brown chalk and tie with yarn. Spell title from chipboard puzzle pieces and embellished tag. For added dimension, adhere some pieces with tape runner and others with foam squares. Don’t have pre-printed puzzle pieces to match your layout? Create your own! Use pieces from an old puzzle and match them to your project with patterned paper or paint. Distress the edges with ink and add character with stickers, rub ons or stamps!
STEP 5:
Write or print journaling on cardstock and distress edges with chalk. Embellish edge with yarn and adhere to layout. Have more journaling than you can fit on your layout?
