Decorate your room with a memo board in the shape of a guitar.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Trace guitar shape onto black foam board. Very carefully with a combination of sharp small scissors and an x-acto knife, cut out the guitar shape.
STEP 2:
Paint the chipboard flourishes and two decorative brads black. When the paint is dry, using a foam brush apply glitter glue to the flourishes and the brads and then add the glitter. Set aside to completely dry.
STEP 3:
Remove the flower layers from the crafting pad and shape each layer. Using foam dots, layer the flowers together as desired. Powder the back of the chipboard sticker you wish to use, removing all the adhesive. Apply a small amount of super glue to the top of several push pins and adhere a chipboard sticker to each of them (this forms decorative push pins).
STEP 4:
Glue three pieces of the silver thread to the guitar to represent the guitar strings. Add the six silver brads to the top of the guitar. Following the photo as a guide, adhere the flourishes and paper flowers as well as several chipboard stickers (the guitar and the star ) amongst the flowers. Add the "rock star" sticker to the bottom of the silver thread (with pop dots). To complete this project, add several adhesive rhinestones around the flowers, add some favorite photos and notes you need to keep track of!
STEP 5:
Don't forget to add a hanger to the back of the guitar so you can proudly display it in your room.
