Did you know you can create fabulous jewelry with Perler beads? From earrings to toe rings, fusible beads make fabulous jewelry items. They are "beads" after all. You can create a complete coordinated ensemble of Perler Bead necklaces and other fun jewelry pieces for yourself or to give as a gift.
Strung Bracelets:
Of course, you can simply string the beads on elastic cord or stretchy plastic lacing. Pearlized and glitter beads really look their best when strung. Try making several bracelets of coordinating colors so you can stack them. Oh so chic!

Fused Pendants and Charms:
You can make small fused designs to use as pendants, charms, or spacers. This design features small fused squares strung with beads to create a chunky-look bracelet.

Add Glitter:
You can also have fun with glitter to add sparkle to your fused designs. Before you fuse your design, cover your ironing surface with paper. Place the pegboard with the design on top of the paper. Sprinkle very fine glitter over the top of the beads. Coarse glitter won't stick as well. Cover with ironing paper and GENTLY iron. Turn the design over and repeat. Check out these charms that are covered with silver glitter.

Add Other Accents:
Try adding other kinds of beads or accents. This necklace has got it all! It uses regular and heart shaped pony beads, metallic cord, and even pieces of silver mylar to back the fused designs.

Create a Coordinated Set:
All the daisy pieces in this jewelry box were created with pearl and gold metallic beads and clear plastic lacing. It's quite the sophisticated set.
