STEP
1:
(Finished card size is 5 x 7).

Make a side-folding card by scoring a 10 x 7 inch piece of red cardstock in the middle of the ten inch side.

Adhere 4-1/2 x 6-1/2 piece of striped pattern paper to card front.
STEP
4:
Using yellow paper from paper pad, punch out 2 extra large daisies, 1 large daisy, and 2 medium daisies. Ink around the edge of each using red chalk ink.

5:
Adhere first extra-large daisy to second using 1/8” foam adhesive. Next adhere large daisy and then the two small daisies using permanent adhesive.
STEP
6:
Punch small circle from red paper and adhere to center of flower using 1/16” foam adhesive. Set flower aside while you make the “leaves”.
STEP
7:
Cut out two 1/2 inch strips approximately 9 inches long from green pattern paper. Add adhesive to back of strip and fold wrong sides together for each strip.
STEP
8:
Use light green chalk ink on the edge of each strip. Fold end of each strip down at an angle to form “leaves”. Attach to back of flower.

9:
Adhere flower with leaves to top portion of card.
STEP
10:
Stamp sentiment with black ink on small strip of green pattern paper. Mat on red cardstock.
STEP
11:
Tie half-knot in two small pieces of red ribbon and adhere to right side of strip. Adhere strip to lower portion of card.
STEP
12:
Techniques: To give your flower a little extra dimension, pinch the petals on each of the flower shapes in the center.
