Remember the joy of finding the perfect dress in this simple wedding scrapbook page. The colors in this layout are the colors my daughter chose for her wedding. Since the colors in the embellishments are neutral, you can change the paper to match any bride’s colors!
Instructions
STEP 1:
Background for layout is lavender cardstock.
STEP 2:
Print title on light lavender cardstock Add light sage green strips and light ivory scallop strips behind both long sides of title. Adhere title strip. If you change your printer to “landscape” you can run larger sheets of cardstock through your printer. You don’t have to cut the length of your paper down…just the width in order for it to feed through successfully. Another way to do a long title is to hide the cut ends behind a photo so that it looks like one solid piece of paper.
STEP 3:
Computer generate journaling close to bottom of sage green strip. Add light ivory scallop strips on each side of journaling. Double mat focal photo on lavender and light ivory and adhere to top of journaling strip. Adhere mat to right side of layout and add purse embellishment.
STEP 4:
Punch oval from light sage green and adhere to lower left-hand corner and add mirror embellishment. Complete bridal vignette by adding dress and shoe stickers.
STEP 5:
Mat smaller photo on light sage cardstock and adhere so it overlaps lower left corner of focal photo.
STEP 6:
Print “My Dress” onto light ivory cardstock. Punch words out with heart punch, and punch another heart shape from light sage cardstock. Apply silver scrollwork stickers above title and add layered heart shapes over ends. Remove jewels from the earring stickers and add to each side of heart.
