Instructions
STEP 1:
Cut strips of cardstock and adhere together to create a layered effect for center band. Use primary colors. Adhere entire piece to paint can.
STEP 2:
Cut a black strip for inside of can. Apply adhesive to one end, roll into a loose coil and slip into can. Let coil unwrap and adhere ends together.
STEP 3:
Adhere a white strip to outside of can, centering it on black strip inside. Apply school stickers.
STEP 4:
Using primary alphabet letters, spell out “SCHOOL DAYS” on green cardstock. Mat with black and white cardstock. Adhere to middle band with foam circles.
STEP 5:
Create a small to/from tag to hang off of handle.
STEP 6:
Tie ribbons to handle in fun colors, and fill the can with crayons or other fun school supplies. These personalized crayon tins are also great for candy, pencils, markers and other gift-giving treats!
