Pool Party Favor Box

Instructions

STEP 1:

Cut a hole in the box lid using a craft knife.

STEP 2:

Adhere a piece of pink floral specialty paper to cardstock, trim to desired size for box top. Cut a hole in the middle using a craft knife. The hole does not need to be perfect because the terry towel scrap will cover any imperfections.

STEP 3:

Attach pink floral piece to the box top.

STEP 4:

Fold the terry towel scrap in half and thread through the hole. Tie a knot inside the box lid. Use a piece of terry cut from a new inexpensive wash cloth or terry fabric from a fabric store.

STEP 5:

Attach two tags from the tag pad to each other, white sides together, to create a heavier weight tag.

STEP 6:

Trim the rounded corners from the tag.

STEP 7:

Set a white eyelet into the tag.

STEP 8:

Decorate tag with tiles, die-cut cardstock piece, and layered floral accent.

STEP 9:

Tie tag to box top using white string, set aside.

STEP 10:

Cut thin strips from wave paper and wrap around box bottom.

STEP 11:

Wrap white string around wave paper strips.

STEP 12:

Add layered floral accents randomly around box.
