Instructions
STEP 1:
To create Cupcake Topper A: Use Adhesive Chipboard Flowers to create 4 cupcake toppers. Punch a 2 1/4 inch circle punch or a wavy punch. Place the stick between the base layer and the scalloped circle layer. Add an adhesive Chipboard Flower sticker to the scalloped circle.
STEP 2:
To create Cupcake Topper B: Using a layered butterfly accent, secure it to a punched scallop circle. Place the stick between the scalloped circle and a punched 2 1/4 inch circle or a wavy circle.
STEP 3:
To create Cupcake Topper C: Using a chipboard flower, place it on top of the scalloped circle punch with foam tape. Sandwich the stick between the punched circle layer and the punched scallop layer. Place foam tape between the layers. Add a gem to the center of the chipboard flower and secure a grand adhesion butterfly to it.
STEP 4:
To create Cupcake Topper D: Using a chipboard gem as an accent, place it on a punched butterfly. Sandwich the stick between the punched circle layer and the punched scallop layer. Place foam tape between the layers.
STEP 5:
To create Cupcake Topper E: Punch a wavy circle shape. Place the stick on the wavy circle. Place foam tape on each side of the stick. Punch a scalloped circle and place on top of the stick. Punch 2 circles from patterned paper using the 1 1/4 circle punch and the 1 3/8 circle punch. Stamp the words “Party Time” and place in the center of the 2 circles using foam tape. Decorate the stamped title with a Grand Adhesion flower sticker.
STEP 6:
To create Cupcake Topper F: Stamp the word “Celebration” and color in with chalk. Punch 4 circles that measure 1 3/8 inches. Fold the punched circle in half so they look like a taco shell. Glue them back to back to make a dimensional circle. Punch a wavy circle for the cupcake topper base. Secure the stick on the base with hot glue. Add foam tape on each side of the stick. Place a punched scallop circle on top of the base circle. Add the dimensional circle to the scalloped circle and then place the stamped word on securing it only in two spots.
