Instructions
STEP 1:
Cut two strips of black cardstock that measure 12 inches long x 4 inches wide. For the first piece of cardstock, score it at 1 inch, at 6 ½ inches, and at 7 ½ inches. Repeat these steps for the second piece of black cardstock.
STEP 2:
Fold the cardstock on the score lines. Attach the two pieces of cardstock together with the Decoupage glue on the bottom. This will allow the top 1 inch piece to fold over from the front to the back of the packet.
STEP 3:
Adhere one of the purple glitter pieces from the Trick or Treat Chipboard Garland kit with the decoupage glue. (The decoupage glue has a strong hold and is the best glue to use when gluing heavier items).
STEP 4:
Cut a rectangle from the Green Swirl Glitter paper and mat it with black cardstock. Attach this piece to the front of the packet with strips of 3D-Dots.
STEP 5:
Using a 3D-Dot white disk dots, add the skeleton from the die-cut pack to the center of the green rectangle. Attach one of the words from the Whimsy Words Die-Cut Cardstock pack to the front with 3D dots.
STEP 6:
Tie the black satin ribbon into a bow and glue to the front. Cut a “bone” die-cut from the Pumpkin and Friends Die-cut pack in half and attach either end of the bone coming from the inside of the treat packet. Fill a cello bag with treats and staple to the inside of the favor packed. Seal the top.
