Celebrate the laughs at a special birthday with this simple Over the Hill layout. Use a dual tipped marker to create both fine and bold words in your journaling.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Use a sheet of black cardstock as the base. Trim a strip of yellow cardstock scallop the bottom edge with corner rounder. See video for tips on this technique. Mat photos on blue and white cardstock and adhere to layout.
STEP 2:
Punch white 3 inch scallop circle and ink edges. Spell title with letter stickers and embellish with “over the hill” sticker. Adhere to left side of layout with foam circles
STEP 3:
Punch blue 2 inch scallop circle and ink edges. Embellish with stop sign sticker and adhere with foam circles.
STEP 4:
Punch caption shape from white cardstock and ink edges. Adhere to layout and spell caption with alphabet stickers.
STEP 5:
Punch yellow party hat and adhere to layout. Decorate with black pen marks. Punch blue daisy and adhere to top of party hat.
STEP 6:
Journal on a strip white cardstock and embellish layout with stickers as shown.
