Rock your own trend with a simple, tulle necklace.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Cut your home décor chain to the length you would like your necklace
STEP 2:
Add a thrift store necklace chain to the bottom section of the home décor chain.
STEP 3:
Tie tulle pieces in single knots all the way across the thrift store necklace chain. Keep the tulle pieces close together and tight for a full look.
STEP 4:
Place a tied bow at the top of the chain by sewing it to it.
STEP 5:
Add Hotfix crystals to the tulle on the necklace
