Nifty Thrifty To Go Caddy

Pack your suitcase and get ready to craft. Create a one of a kind caddy to carry all your supplies. It is perfect tool box for a busy mom trying to work in some craft time. Take your caddy to your children’s practice or on a girlfriend getaway

Instructions

STEP 1:

Measure and cut patterned paper to fit around the suitcase.

STEP 2:

Highlight the center of the suitcase by using a neutral colored patterned paper.

STEP 3:

Place ribbon on each side of it to create a border.

STEP 4:

Cut a die-cut label in half and place the circle embellishment on top of it.

STEP 5:

To create the circle embellishment, punch 2 circles and 1 scalloped circle. Layer the pieces together and add your initial using chipboard. Place a bee sticker on top of your letter.

STEP 6:

Add a decorative, punched border above and below the patterned paper

STEP 7:

Place lace along the bottom of your suitcase

STEP 8:

Add die-cut labels to the fasteners. Place vintage or thrift-ed buttons on top of the label.

STEP 9:

Add a die-cut border above the fasteners. Then, secure trim around the lid.

STEP 10:

Tie a variety of lace and ribbons together on the handle.

STEP 11:

Create a personal collage using die-cuts and scrabble letters. You may even what to stamp a favorite quote here.

STEP 12:

Fill your suitcase with supplies and you are ready to craft on the go!
