Nifty Thrifty Dollar Bin Journal

Instructions

STEP 1:

Cut a rectangle in the cover of your journal. Cove the cover with red floral pattern paper.

STEP 2:

Cut a smaller rectangle through the first 20 pages in your journal. Cover the first page with the smaller rectangle cut-out with brown pattern paper

STEP 3:

Label with stickers and place your tags randomly in your journal to create sections. Add ribbon to your tags

STEP 4:

Decorate the cover of the journal with word borders, chipboard embellishments, and grand adhesion embellishments

STEP 5:

Cut water from blue pattern paper and place it inside your smaller window

STEP 6:

Add border stickers to the water you cut. Place one on the outside of the window once you have added your clear transparency

STEP 7:

Cut grass from the green pattern paper. Place inside the journal so it is peeking out of the window. Add the tree and the blue sky to this section

STEP 8:

Place acetate in the brown, smaller window

STEP 9:

Record memories as you travel

STEP 10:

TIPS FOR SUCCESS: Create layers in your journal by cutting out a rectangle in the cover of the book and then cutting out a smaller rectangle in the pages of the book. This will create depth and dimension to your journal.
