Saving the lid to a box, creates a little nest for initials to be placed inside. Hang it on the wall, or rest it on a bookshelf for a personalize look to your home décor.

Instructions

STEP 1:

Cover the outside of the lid with black flourish pattern paper

STEP 2:

Add turquoise ribbon around the edge of the lid. Tie a separate box and secure it to the top of the lid.

STEP 3:

Print your monogram letter onto white cardstock. Trim it to fit inside your box. Build up the interior of your box with foam tape if necessary.

STEP 4:

Using the Zig 2-Way glue cover the letter with adhesive. Allow the blue glue to turn clear, then, add the glitter. Use a make-up brush to gently remove excess glitter

STEP 5:

Place the cardstock letter into the lid and decorate it with glitter stickers

STEP 6:

Place a ribbon hanger on the back of the lid if you want to hang it.

Related Resources

Choose colors for your box and letter based on the color of your box lid. I used black and turquoise together because the lid was already black. Turquoise brightens the color palette.
