To decorate the lollipops:
Photo Heart -- Punch out a favorite photo using the heart shaped punch. To line up the photo in the heart punch, turn the punch upside down and frame the photograph in the punch’s shape. Place the photo onto the lollipop using foam tape.
Dimensional Heart -- Punch out 4 heart shapes from red cardstock. Fold each shape in half. Add glue to half of the heart and glue it to half of another punched out heart. Continue doing this until all hearts are used. Place on lollipop with foam tape.
Stitched Heart -- Write the word you want to express on a punched white cardstock heart shape. Use a sewing needle to poke holes through the word you wrote before stitching it. Stitch each letter to spell your word with red embroidery floss. Attach heart to card with foam tape

For the inside of each lollipop, cut out the ticket words from the patterned paper. From 1 sheet of patterned paper, you can cut out 42 tickets! Add a glittery heart sticker to the ticket. There are 36 hearts on the sticker sheet. Think of how many lollipop cards you can create for very little money! Happy Valentine’s Day!
