Instructions
STEP 1:
Cut a piece of blue cardstock to 11 1/2 x 11 1/2 and adhere it to a 12 x 12 piece of black cardstock, centering.
STEP 2:
Place your title sticker on a piece of lime green cardstock and trim closely. Mat again on black cardstock and use a marker to write words and doodles on the title piece, as shown. Adhere to top left corner of the page.
STEP 3:
Trim your focal point photo and double mat with purple and then black cardstock, making the purple mat wider than the black. Adhere to left portion of page, under the title. Add a party hat and, if desired, a label.
STEP 4:
Trim two photos to 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 and single mat with lime green and purple cardstock that measure 2 3/4 x 2 3/4. Cut a 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 square from teal and hot pink cardstock, mat with black cardstock that measures 2 1/2 x 2 1/2. Place party hats of the two small squares and arrange and adhere the four squares on the right side of the layout as shown.
STEP 5:
Cut a piece of white cardstock to 2 3/4 x 4 3/4. Hand-cut blue strips and use them as journaling lines, adhering them to the piece and journaling with a marker. Mat with a 3 x 5 piece of lime green cardstock and adhere to the right of the focal photo.
STEP 6:
Cut teal cardstock into two slim strips about 7 3/4 inches long and adhere to the page bottom as shown.
