Turn a simple tissue paper flower into a gorgeous glittered hair clip to wear and share!

Instructions

STEP 1:

Cut regular piece of tissue paper in fourths. Using one fourth, fold to create 8 squares; cut along fold lines.

STEP 2:

Stack 8 squares and crumple tightly. Unfold crumpled tissue paper and stack.

STEP 3:

Fold papers into a fan.

STEP 4:

Cut elastic ponytail holder and tie to center of fan to hold together. Tie to hair clip.

STEP 5:

Pull each piece of tissue paper toward the middle, alternating between sides. Fluff as necessary.

STEP 6:

Spray lightly with adhesive and sprinkle with glitter.
