Instructions
STEP 1:
Cover square frame with teal paper; lightly sand edges. Cut patterned paper 6 3/4 x 6 3/4 inches. Round all corners with punch and adhere to center of teal paper.
STEP 2:
Adhere strip of coordinating pattern along bottom. Adhere adhesive border, adhesive chipboard and a floral accent.
STEP 3:
Cover front of small chipboard with pattern papers; lightly sand edges. Add photos and embellishments.4. Punch two holes in top of embellished chipboard pieces and chipboard frames. Attach with metal rings. Add ribbon.
