This fun little magnet tin is a great way for kids to say “I Love You” for Grandparent’s Day. The project is also great to make for teachers and friends.

Instructions

STEP 1:

To decorate lid, cut pink paper 1/4 inch taller than edge of lid on metal tin; adhere to edges. Cut several small slits around corners, fold and adhere to top of lid. Cut brown paper to fit top of lid; adhere, covering pink paper.

STEP 2:

Punch border from paper crafting pad, cut to width of lid, and adhere. Layer with pink paper.

STEP 3:

Punch three flowers from paper crafting pad, layer with adhesive foam squares and adhere. Embellish with adhesive gem.

STEP 4:

To decorate the inside, cut paper to fit inside tin. Adhere.

STEP 5:

Layer sets of flowers from paper crafting pad. Attach magnets to bottom of each and set in tin.
