Perler Beads can be used in so many unique ways to add theme and style to everything from kids crafts to home decor pieces. Change out the character or design on this simple night light project to customize the project for any kid’s room!
Instructions
STEP 1:
PARENTS: Cut out a 3 inch circle from each color of blue cardstock. Cut a wavy edge on light blue cardstock, ink edges and adhere to medium blue cardstock circle. Cut a wavy edge on darker blue cardstock, ink edges, and adhere to light blue circle as shown. Cut a flat edge on bottom of circle to sit on night light base.
STEP 2:
KIDS: Complete Nemo project according to template provided in the package.
STEP 3:
PARENTS: Iron completed Nemo design. When cool, adhere to center of layered circle using permanent adhesive tape runner.
STEP 4:
PARENTS: Using alphabet stickers, apply the word NEMO to white cardstock and trim, leaving 1/16 inch border showing around letters. Adhere base of letters to top of circle as shown. Adhere entire piece to front of light.
