Instructions
STEP 1:
Cut puppy from felt following template
STEP 2:
Fold down and glue “ears”. Older children can sew on buttons, stitch nose and mouth, and add needle felting spots.
STEP 3:
Punch heart from black cardstock for nose.
STEP 4:
Embellish with ribbon, string, and buttons.
