Instructions
STEP 1:
Punch all shapes as shown from white cardstock. Adhere cardstock shapes to felt and trim. Layer shapes to create flowers and glue together.
STEP 2:
Cut lengths of green ribbon for flower stems. Cut smaller lengths for flower stems. Tie smaller lengths onto longer lengths and notch ends. Glue to bag.
STEP 3:
Glue flowers to bag and add ribbon ties to handle.
