A wooden frame can be used for a photo of a place visited, a group of people or a special event. It is much more interesting, however, when decorated to go along with the photo. Personalize it even more by building the frame yourself!
Instructions
STEP 1:
Look at the paper available and plan out your design. For a rustic look, tear the paper rather than cutting it with scissors. Apply the decoupage medium to the frame. Adhere the torn paper in the desired location and apply decoupage medium over it. Use your fingers to smooth out any wrinkles or bubbles.
STEP 2:
Apply the die cut cardstock embellishments in the same manner. Allow to dry. For a more finished look, apply a second coat of decoupage medium over the entire front of the frame and allow drying.
STEP 3:
Add embossed stickers and adhesive chipboard pieces after the frame is dry.
