Instructions
STEP 1:
Cut pink cardstock to 9 x 6 inches. Fold in half, hot dog style.
STEP 2:
Stamp polka dots on front of name tag using ink pad and pencil eraser.
STEP 3:
Cut purple cardstock to 9 x 3/4 inches and glue to name tag base.
STEP 4:
Print name on white cardstock. Punch letters using square punch.
STEP 5:
Punch scallop squares from lt. blue, lt. yellow, lime green, coral red and peach cardstocks. Mat title letters on scallop squares and attach to name tag using foam adhesive.
STEP 6:
Embellish letters with stickers.
