Combine patterned papers and coordinating embellishments with a plain chipboard tag book to create this stunning mini book.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Front & Back Cover: Cover front cover and back cover with patterned paper pieces from photo mat pad. Cut a strip of green paper 2 x 5 inches and adhere .75 inch on the front cover and wrap the rest around to the back cover and adhere (this is so the book looks bound). Adhere picture and add “TOGETHER” die cut using adhesive foam circles. Add dimensional stickers and flower brads.
STEP 2:
Page 1: Cover page with patterned paper and adhere the large butterfly die cut. Add “SO HAPPY TOGETHER” and “ENJOY” stickers. Add a little flower sticker to the lower left hand corner.
STEP 3:
Page 2: Cover page with foil patterned paper. Cut a photo mat out of patterned paper measuring 4.5 x 3.5 inches and adhere to the center of your page. Add photo. Using adhesive foam circles, adhere the die cut word “LOVE” at the bottom of the photo mat. Add a word sticker to the left corner and tuck another under the “LOVE” die cut. Add a dimensional sticker to the upper right hand corner of the photo mat.
STEP 4:
Page 3: Cover page with patterned paper. Cut a photo mat out of patterned paper measuring 4 x 5 inches and adhere in the center of your page. Add photo. Attach large flower die cut to far left of page using a mini copper brad. Embellish with word stickers and dimensional stickers.
STEP 5:
Page 4: Cover page with patterned paper. Using the tag book as a template, trace a tag out of patterned paper and cut off 3.5 inches and adhere to the tag shape background. Cut a green strip measuring .25 x 5 inches and adhere on the edge of the tag mat you just made. Adhere your photo on the left side of the background. Add die cut shapes with mini brads to various spots on the page. Adhere a word sticker next to photo. Using adhesive foam circles, adhere “A JOYFUL HEART” die cut at the bottom of the page.
STEP 6:
Page 5: Cover page with patterned paper. Adhere photo in the center of the page. Embellish left side of photo and page with dimensional stickers.
STEP 7:
Back Inside Cover: Cover with patterned paper. Using adhesive foam circles, adhere “SIMPLY WONDERFUL” die cut and add dimensional sticker above die cut.
STEP 8:
Tie a ribbon around the spine and the center of the book.
