Dress up your fall table by decorating table runners and placemats using sparkling Hotfix Crystals
Instructions
STEP 1:
Decide on a pattern. I went outside and found a couple of leaves that I liked and used them as my template. Position them on the placemat to decide what looks best with what you have in mind.
STEP 2:
Lightly trace the outline of the shape. Arrange the hot fix crystals on the pattern so that you can embellish with additional embroidery that compliments the shape.
STEP 3:
Follow the instructions included with the hotfix crystals to affix them to the place mat.
STEP 4:
Embroider the pattern on the placemat or table runner using coordinating embroidery thread. I used the backstitch to complete my pattern.
