Instructions
STEP 1:
Start on the left top side of the necklace. Attach a jump ring to the turquoise wool ring. Hang 10 inches of chain from the jump ring.
STEP 2:
Use the awl to make holes into the wool balls. Place eye pins and beads onto the wool balls. Create a strand by attaching jump rings in between each wool ball set.
STEP 3:
Attach the top section of the wool balls to the 10 inch chain with a jump ring.
STEP 4:
Place a jump ring at the bottom of the wool ball section and add a metal circle.
STEP 5:
Attach another jump ring and two strands of chain measuring 7 inches long. Secure it to another metal circle with a jump ring.
STEP 6:
Create a beaded section using Swarovski crystals and larger beads. Eye pins and jump rings will be used to create this section. Lay beads on a towel to keep from rolling off your workspace. Keep a ruler handy to measure and keep your necklace design even.
STEP 7:
Attach it to the metal circle ring at the top and the bottom of the beaded section.
STEP 8:
Place two jump rings on the large, felted flower. Secure it with the jump rings to the chain.
STEP 9:
Finish off the necklace with more chain (5 1/2 inches) and a wool ring.
STEP 10:
Tie fabric and slip it through the wool rings. Glue the fabric together and tie in a knot. The necklace is worn by slipping it over your head.
