Using just a few premade items you can make this beautiful cuff bracelet in just an hour or so and have a new piece of jewelry to add to your wardrobe.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Follow the instructions included with the Felting Needles and Foam block and make a swirly stem for the flower on the black cuff bracelet using the dark olive roving.
STEP 2:
Stitch the blue flower in place using the blue embroidery thread.
STEP 3:
Add the center to the flower with the ivory pearls.
