Saving memories from that special trip is fun to do using a shadow box. A picture or two, a few pieces of memorabilia, and a small stitched accent all come together to create the perfect memory box.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Complete the punch needle kit following the instructions that are included with the kit. Mount on a piece of cardboard that is the same size as the finished design. Make white cording to outline the finished punch needle design. Glue cording in place.
STEP 2:
Gather all your components and choose a coordinating patterned paper for your background, Cut to size and mount on the back of the shadow box.
STEP 3:
Lay out all your pieces in the shadow box. Attach the photo to the pattern paper background first.
STEP 4:
Secure the mounted punch needle design to the shadow box using the foam squares.
STEP 5:
Using the craft glue, affix the memorabilia.
STEP 6:
Add cording to the outside of the shadowbox frame to finish off the piece.
