A Spotted Canary Project by Nicole

23 March 2009

Quick & Easy card a 5-6 year old can make for Mother's day. When I am creating with my kids I think it is easiest to get out a few things and let them play with it—be there for help, but let them take the lead.

Instructions

STEP 1:

Create card base out of gray cardstock.

STEP 2:

Add one piece of patterned of paper to the top and add a second patterned paper strip to the bottom of the card.

STEP 3:

With a glue stick, adhere chipboard flower and “mom” letters to the card.

STEP 4:

Use the Punch and Stamp with the Happy Mother’s Day stamp. Add a second punched circle behind the stamped circle.

STEP 5:

Add the circles created in step four to the circle of the flower.
