A Spotted Canary Project by Spotted Canary Creations

This project incorporates a stamped cross stitch quilt into a fleece throw.

Instructions

STEP 1:

Cut a 53" x 72" rectangle from the fleece.

STEP 2:

Trim 4" off all four sides of the stitched quilt, squaring the corners. Press the quilt edges under 1/2".

STEP 3:

Center the quilt on the fleece rectangle and pin it in place. Hand stitch or machine sew the quilt to the fleece.

STEP 4:

Cut off a 3" square from each corner of the fleece.

STEP 5:

Make fringe on all four sides of the fleece by cutting 3" slits that are spaced 1/2" apart.
