Use holiday-themed stamps and decoupage to create a festive photo frame.
Instructions
STEP 1:
Apply the decoupage medium to a small area of the frame. It’s best to work small areas of the frame at a time so that the decoupage medium does not dry before you finish applying the tissue paper. Cut or tear the tissue paper into pieces and apply the pieces over the decoupage medium. Smooth out any wrinkles as you work. Continue until the entire frame is covered. Allow it to dry completely.
STEP 2:
Randomly stamp both images on the frame.
STEP 3:
When the ink is dry, apply another coat of decoupage medium to seal the tissue paper and stampings. Be sure the frame is completely dry before inserting a photograph.
