This card was made mostly with Pan Pastel powders. I punched a circle out of a sheet of paper that was the size of the card. I temporarily adhered the circle on the card front and applied the blue and green powders with a sponge. They go on so easily. Then I applied the rest of the mask over the card front with the punched out section revealed. That I colored with the red powder. I used an All Night Media grass stamp and a Rubber Soul grass stamp with StazOn black ink. The bird is from Brenda Walton's clear stamp collection.
