Custom Stamped Charm

Create a custom stamped charm from an old game piece and a few stamping supplies.

 

Instructions

STEP 1:

Stamp square image on white cardstock using black ink. Color with markers and set aside to dry.

STEP 2:

Drill hole in game piece to insert a jump ring through. Wrap the edges of the game piece with the silver tape.

STEP 3:

Use the nesting punch to punch stamped image out.

STEP 4:

Use the craft glue to adhere the punch to the charm. Allow to dry.

STEP 5:

Use the paper piercer in your craft utility tool to punch through the paper that has covered the drilled hole.

STEP 6:

Cover the entire stamped image with a layer of clear nail polish. Allow to dry and add several more layers.

STEP 7:

Add a jump ring and you’ve got a beautiful customized charm.

  • Vintage Game Piece, approximately 1” x 1”

  • Jump Rings

     

  • Clear Nail Polish

     

  • ¼” Silver Tape (suitable for stained glass projects)

     

  • Portable Drill and 1/16” drill bit

     

  • Cardstock – White
