Simple, elegant and alluring are good ways to describe these earrings. The focal point is the exquisite crystal briolette drops, faceted to capture the light and your imagination! These crystals come together easily using a crimp bead and stringing wire
Instructions
STEP 1:
Once stringing is complete, string on a crimp bead.
STEP 2:
Pass string into the loop of one side and then back into the crimp bead.
STEP 3:
Use the pliers or crimp tool to flatten crimp closed and secure wire in place.
STEP 4:
Repeat crimp process on opposite end.
STEP 5:
Create the earrings as shown here or create your own design to suit your style following our process. The symmetrical pattern shown here is strung easily on flexible stringing wire and then just crimped into place.
STEP 6:
On one strand of 4” wire, thread one each of the 4mm bicone colors onto the flexible stringing wire: Violet Opal, Violet, Amethyst, Violet, and Violet Opal. Then thread the briolette crystal AB drop and repeat the same symmetrical pattern of 4mm beads to form a loop.
STEP 7:
Thread both wire ends through a 6mm Amethyst bicone crystal and then into a crimp bead.
STEP 8:
Loop the two wire ends through a closed jump ring and pass back through the crimp bead. Secure the crimp bead with crimper or chain nose pliers. Trim wire ends carefully. Attach jump ring to bottom loop of ear wire end using chain nose pliers.
STEP 9:
Repeat same process to make other earring.
STEP 10:
Use care and restraint when working with metal tools and a lot of crystals. You don’t want to get rough or to put undue pressure against a crystal as it might break.
